    Description

Product Line

VersaFlex manufactures rapid curing polyurea elastomer sealants, polyurea repair material, fast set polyurea spray membranes and polyurea liners. Polyurea is moisture insensitive; has a much greater thermal tolerance than most currently available, older systems.

AquaVers 405 has gained ANSI/NSF-61 approval for potable water coating system. This approval enhances our ability to serve your needs in water storage and water treatment projects.

VersaFlex has a new chemical resistant topcoat: VT-40 Viton-Teflon.

Polyurea joint fillers and polyurea protective spray membranes are truly elastomeric with high elongation, high tear strength, a wide range of durometer, and superior modulus of elasticity.

Polyurea self-leveling sealants are custom designed for use as sawed joint fillers, contraction joint sealers, construction joint sealants, interior and exterior expansion joint sealants. Specially formulated low temperature curing polyurea elastomers are designed to be applied at temperatures as low as -20 degrees F, making polyurea ideal for use in freezers and cold stroage facilities without costly shut down scenarios.

Rapid Curing Self-leveling polyurea repair material is formulated to fill spalls, reapir damaged joint faces and function as an elastomer enddam on concrete slabs, bridge decks, and parking decks.

Fast Set polyurea spray coatings and polyurea liners may be applied at temperatures as low as -40 degrees F. Designed to be used on most substrates, fast set VersaFlex spray polyurea is often the material of choice for a coating or liner for concrete and metal roofs, tanks, decks, parking structure traffic membranes, dampproofing, below grade waterproofing, general containment ponds or lagoons.

VersaFlex fast set spray polyurea is resistant to some grades of jet fuel, as are all the polyurea sealant and reapir products. Polyurea is especially suitable as a flexible liner or membrane in the containment of sewerage and wastewater. Its high abrasion resistance makes polyurea ideal for transmission of most liquids containing a high percentage of suspended solids.

We are proud of our tradition of technical service and on-site supervision. VersaFlex specializes in service at the jobsite, and it pays dividends to owners and our contractors.

VersaFlex looks forward to serving you in the near future. Visit our international marketing company at www.polyvers.com.
